The Lead Entity Group
This group includes area citizens representing our various geographic regions, along with representatives of our initiating governments. They are the policy and decision makers. They make the final decisions about which proposed projects will receive grant funds through a grant making process managed by the Lead Entity. Members have backgrounds in public policy and planning, natural resource management, education, tribal fisheries, biology, citizen science, and public administration.
